Highly recommend Douce France! Good coffee and great pastries! They have some main dishes that are really good too but they are the typical French cuisine and kinda heavy. Delicious and indulgent. Personally I think their coffee and pastries are 5 stars but food is only 3-4. The people that work there are good at what they do. Super kind, attentive, and keep the cafe moving. It does get really busy there and there's not a lot of seating. Multiple times I've gone and been forced to get food to go or to stand around and wait for a table while holding my plate. But that just speaks to how popular it is! Inside has nice decor, reminiscent of European cafes. Hard to relax there though, because it's so busy.

Buckwheat crepes! I've always loved this restaurant but haven't been here in a while. The shopping center has become nuts for parking. But this place is still worth coming to. I got a coffee, a delicious butter croissant, and a buckwheat crepe. Heaven!

The place has made huge improvements since pandemic to now. Yes, it's still your average French-American bakery cafe foods and not up to full expectations for authentic French taste, but it's still a very desirable cute cafe to gather and grab a bite. Regular customers will notice that the pandemic tables and chairs are no longer in the parking lot. You can dine inside or outside at the crowded patio space filled with customers. It does get busy during lunchtime for sure. Prices are decent, especially for those delicious crepes. I had the buckwheat crepe with tomatoes, bell peppers, cheese & artichokes. Side green salad with vinaigrette included. I also tried the French onion soup. Not bad, but definitely light in flavor, color & texture. Regular croissant was actually very good. Flaky and smooth. Strawberry cake was good as usual. They definitely have a variety on the menu to offer. There's always long lines here. Hispanic workers are wiping down tables and clearing them faster. Employees are hardworking. Cashiers are very good at ringing customers up. Busy place. Those flies still love coming to your foods here. Maybe it's the sweet stuff. Overall, much better impression. Self service water. They will bring foods to your table if dining in with a table number. Good vibes. They do want your business here and it shows. I may return for the fruit tart and chocolate bread next time. Salmon crepe is on my mind.

First time coming here and this is one of the few places that carry the triple chocolate mousse cake as I heard it can be difficult to make. I felt the cake was more like firm gelatin compared to the ones I have had at Ambrosia and Cocola bakeries. The triple chocolate mousse cake should be softer, more pudding-like consistency that some people seem to associate with mousse, rather than firm. It was not bad, but I felt it should melt in your mouth. The top is a big flower of chocolate and the bottom of this cake is actually cake when most is only the different layers of mousse. The cake could be done a little better.
